Clarity Call Terms

Last updated: September 28, 2026

What you get: A 30-minute paid Clarity Call with Tracy ($500). Tracy listens to your situation, asks sharp questions, and names the real problem you're facing, then points you to the right next step. Think of it as a diagnosis, not a fix.

What you don't get: This call is not a build plan. Tracy won't map out the steps, sketch a solution, or do free consulting live on the call. The real work, the actual building, is the engagement that can follow if it's the right fit.

The money: $500, paid when you book. It's non-refundable. If you move forward into a bigger engagement with Tracy afterward, the full $500 is credited toward that work, so nothing you pay today is wasted if you keep going.

Before the call: You'll be asked to send a few answers and any materials (a website, a doc, an idea, whatever exists) before your call. Tracy reads everything ahead of time so she walks in prepped. She doesn't research live during your 30 minutes; that time is for you.

Cancellation & Rescheduling: Life happens, so here's how it works. You can reschedule your call once, as long as you give at least 24 hours notice. If you miss the call without notice (a no-show), or you cancel or try to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you forfeit the $500; it isn't refunded.

Privacy: How your information is collected and used: Privacy Policy: Services and Clarity Calls.
