Digital product terms

Effective October 27, 2026

These terms cover every digital file you buy or download from Tee Leaves LLC and its brands: Tee Leaves™, Tend & Restore™, Forge and Ascend®, and Founderist™. A digital file is a PDF, a printable, a workbook, a guide, a template, an audio file, a video, an online course lesson, or an online tool.

What you are buying

When you buy a digital file from us, you are buying a license to use it. The file is licensed, not sold. Tee Leaves LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, print, and use the file for your personal use. A file made for building your own business may also be used in your own business. The copyright in the file stays with Tee Leaves LLC.

What you may do

Download the file to your own devices and keep copies for yourself.
Print it as many times as you need for your own use.
Write in it, fill it in, and use it the way it was made to be used.

What you may not do

Resell the file, or any part of it, in any form, changed or unchanged.
Share, give away, lend, or send the file to anyone else, or post it anywhere online or in a shared drive.
Repackage the file, or any part of it, into another product, bundle, course, or offer.
Use the file's content, in whole or in part, to make other content, products, or services, with or without changes, including with AI tools.
Sublicense, rent, or transfer your license to anyone else.
Remove or change any copyright, trademark, or license notice in the file.

Free files

A free file, such as the Tend & Restore™ Safety-Net Survival Guide, is free for your personal use under the same terms. Resale, repackaging, and inclusion in any paid product are prohibited. To share a free file, send people to its sign-up link, so they get the current version.

Ownership

Tee Leaves LLC and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in every digital file, including the copyright. Tee Leaves™, Tend & Restore™, Forge and Ascend®, and Founderist™ are trademarks of Tee Leaves LLC. Nothing in these terms gives you any right in those marks.

If these terms are broken

This license ends automatically if these terms are broken. When it ends, you must delete every copy of the file you have.

What the files are, and are not

Every digital file is provided as is, for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in a file is therapy, counseling, or medical, legal, financial, tax, or business advice. Rules, programs, and benefits differ by state and change over time; always check your own state's official sources for your case.

Refunds

Digital files are delivered right away and cannot be returned. All sales of digital files are final. See our Refund Policy.
