Tend & Restore™ 1:1 Coaching: Your First Month (Private Session)

A private 30-minute 1:1 session with Tracy Easter, founder and CEO of Tee Leaves, the company behind Tend & Restore, for anyone in the first weeks after a job loss.

In one focused session, we look at where you are right now (safe, housed, fed), what is weighing on you most, and your next one to three steps. If you want it, we also look at your first income step (what you already know, one offer, and one first customer) and at equitable innovation: making your offer meet the needs of all that you serve. You leave with solutions to take care of yourself this week.

Who you are working with. Tracy is a human experience designer. She has spent 27 years solving problems for people by building products at Google, Garmin, and her own companies. She holds a master's in human-computer interaction (how people think, act, and use the tools around them) and a master's in design. She also has a degree in education and biology, IDEO U certificates in design thinking, business innovation, and human-centered insights, and a Continuing Education Certificate in Jungian Psychology. She has taught design and technology at the college level. In this session she brings all of that to the most important product you own: your life. She does not just talk you through it. She builds the tools you leave with. So she is all of these things, and a life designer and coach, because she is trained to solve problems and design solutions that meet your needs. She builds all of this with Product Team of One™: how one person designs and develops products and services at the scale of a whole product team. Today, that team is AI.
